崗位職責：

1.分析投標項目特殊要求和建造難度

Conduct analysis on special requirement and construction difficulties of bidding project

2.編制投標項目建造難度系數

Compile for construction difficulty coefficient

3.收集執行項目成本信息，分析判斷項目執行情況

Collect project execution data, analyze and judge project execution status

4.投標費用與執行成本回歸分析

Complete regression analysis of bidding cost and execution cost

5.分析投標項目分攤費和間接費合理性

Analyze the rationality of allocation coat and indirect cost

6.依據項目市場水平和市場趨勢判斷投標預算價格合理性

Judge the rationality of estimated price according to the market level and trend

7.分析原材料、人力、設備和其他外取資源市場價格變化、未來發展趨勢

Analyze the future development trend of market price changes of raw materials, manpower, equipment and other external resources

8.整理競爭對手價格水平、工作量和場地負荷情況，推斷競爭對手商務策略

Sort out competitors' price level, workload and site load, and infer competitors' business strategies

9.保持與一切適用政策、程序和標準的合規性

Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards

10.遵循并擁護公司的健康、安全與環境保護政策

Adhere to and support the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policies

11.遵守出勤要求。完成其他被安排的任務

崗位要求：
1.大學本科
Bachelor degree
2.Economics, Engineering project management, Petrochemical Technology, Offshore engineering or related engineering majors.
經濟、工程項目管理、石油化工、海洋工程及相關工科類專業。
3.Project management, offshore / onshore engineering fabrication knowledge.
項目管理、海洋工程或陸上工程建造相關知識。
4.Good organization, communication and management skills.
具有良好的組織、溝通和管理能力。

Good oral expression ability and writing level.

具有一定的口頭表達能力與文字水平。

Good analysis judgment and executive ability.

具有一定的分析判斷和執行能力。

Good English and computer application ability.

具有滿足工作需要的英語水平和計算機應用能力。
