職責描述:
1 執(zhí)行或協(xié)助指定的銷售活動。遵守指示及審批權(quán)限。
Performs nominated sales activities. Maintain adherence to directions and approval matrix.
2 執(zhí)行各項業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展類工作程序及其他相關(guān)程序;對持續(xù)改進現(xiàn)有工作流程及業(yè)務(wù)活動/程序提出適當?shù)慕ㄗh。
Implement the business development procedures and other relevant procedures; suggest continuous improvement to current work process and overall business activities/procedures as appropriate.
3 協(xié)助銷售主管鎖定業(yè)務(wù)機會。
Support Sales Supervisor in opportunity positioning process.
4 協(xié)助完成潛在項目從最初篩查到合同關(guān)閉的項目追蹤期間的工作。在銷售追蹤過程中咨詢并協(xié)同其他職能單位。
Coordinate in potential project pursuit from initial screening to contract closure. Consult and align with other functions throughout the project pursuit.
5 協(xié)助與現(xiàn)有及潛在業(yè)主發(fā)展并維持客戶關(guān)系,促進已在執(zhí)行項目的客戶關(guān)系。協(xié)助銷售主管與公司其他職能部門協(xié)同客戶聯(lián)絡(luò)事宜。協(xié)助客戶來訪,并為來訪開展必要的準備工作。
Coordinate in development and maintenance of customer relationship with the existing and potential clients. Foster positive client relations on ongoing projects. Support Sales Supervisor in coordinating client’s contacts with other company functions. Assist on client visits andconduct necessary preparation to support the visiting.
6 參與具體項目的投標過程,包括內(nèi)部投標相關(guān)的各項活動、對外與業(yè)主在期間保持聯(lián)絡(luò)。
Lead the bidding process of the specific projects, including relevant internal bidding activities such as management reviews and approvals.
7 參與商務(wù)標書的準備過程并提出相關(guān)建議,與銷售主管及/或投標經(jīng)理/市場專員協(xié)同完成標書編制,按照要求提交標書文件并跟進有關(guān)的銷售活動。
Lead the preparation of commercial proposals and make commercial recommendations. Coordinate with Sales Supervisor and proposal manager and Marketing Coordinator to complete the proposal. Deliver proposal packages to clients by complying with client required procedure and following up with clients as necessary..
8 協(xié)助合同主管/合同專員在合同談判階段工作及合同條款批準過程。參與新授標合同由業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展階段向運營階段的交接。
Work with Contracts Supervisor ro coordinate activities during contract negotiation and assist on approving process of contractual terms. Participate in the handover process of new awards from the Business Development to the project execution team.
9 建立并維護與公司內(nèi)部各工作層級的工作關(guān)系,以提高業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展部門有效服務(wù)業(yè)主客戶的能力。
Establish and maintain working relationships in various working levels within the company that will enhance the ability of the Business Development department to effectively serve the clients.
10 通過高效的手段組織并按優(yōu)先順序處理多項工作,并滿足重要的時間節(jié)點要求。
Organize and prioritize a variety of multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines.
11 保持與一切適用政策、程序和標準的合規(guī)性。
Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards.
12 遵循并擁護公司的健康、安全與環(huán)境保護政策。
Adhere to and support the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policies.

15 協(xié)助銷售主管完成各類銷售活動,包括聯(lián)系業(yè)主、跟蹤具體項目、為銷售活動準備必要資料,按照公司審批流程,完成標書的內(nèi)部審批,向銷售主管/部門經(jīng)理報告工作。
Assist Sales Supervisor on all aspects of Sales, including contact with the clients, pursue the specific projects, work closely with the proposal team to prepare the necessary materials for submitting the tenders as well as for internal approvals. This position will report
