本職位的工作地點在青島市辦公室，但入職后需在惠州工廠培訓3-4個月。
Job Descriptions：
1, 新項目開發(fā)，報價，協(xié)助市場開發(fā)部門贏得客戶。
New project develop, quote and assist Marketing department win the customer.
2, 項目開發(fā)過程中和客戶在技術(shù)層面溝通，協(xié)助客戶改善項目。
Communicate with customer in process of project development and assist customer improve the project.
3, 按要求進行樣品制作安排，并讓客戶承認樣板。
Build samples according to customer’s requirement and get sample approval from customer.
4, 分析項目的具體物料，合理控制成本，安排生產(chǎn)計劃協(xié)助物料部門購買相關(guān)物料。
Analysis materials about project control the cost.
5. 審核客戶圖紙，確認圖紙問題，包括線材端子卷曲匹配電路的合理性，端子外殼的性能要求(耐火CTI等)
Review customer drawings and confirm drawing issues, including the rationality of the crimper matching circuit of the wire terminals and the performance requirements of the terminal shell (fire-resistant CTI, etc.)
Job Requirements：
1、大專以上學歷；
College graduated or above.
2、具備2年以上線束行業(yè)項目管理工作經(jīng)驗；
At least 2 years related PE experience in Engineering machinery wire harness industry and have management capability and can solve problem
3、良好的英文讀、寫能力；
Good command of English in reading and writing;
4、具有良好的溝通能力協(xié)調(diào)能力及執(zhí)行力；
Strong communication and coordination abilities, strong execution.
5、富有團隊精神；
Excellent team player
6、能夠承受壓力。
Able to work under pressure
