KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES1.Work with other IT staff members in writing and optimizing in-application SQL/VBA statements to establish best practices. Identify areas to improve existing queries and reports2.Perform system design, development (including customization, interfaces, conversion and reporting)3.Develop SQL queries & reports based on user and business requirements 4.Research, analyse and present suitable technical solutions to meet business needs, demonstrating awareness of the project within the wider context5.Work with business users to document requirements and prepare specifications6.Resolve production problems and providing timely management update7.Development/SAT/Production Environment synchronization and provides technical support Qualifications /Experience University degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplineWith at least 6 years of experience in package solutions and software development, system integration and system supportPossess strong analytical and problem solving skills and be pragmaticMust be a team player and able to build strong working relationships with internal IT colleagues and business users Experience in supporting Project Management and Enterprise Resource Planning Packages are preferredExcellent analytical mind, and problem solving skills Good presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal IT and stakeholdersProficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and PutonghuaProficiency in Microsoft Office applications
