崗位職責Description： 建立公司編程工藝標準Establish CAM process standard;提高編程效率與質量Improves CAM efficiency and quality;對編程人員進行專業培訓Provide professional training for programmers;銳意學習新的編程軟件Open mind to learn new softwares; 崗位要求Requirements： 能優化編程與建立編程工藝標準的能力Able to optimize program and establish programing process standard;精通3+2編程，5軸編程，至少8年以上編程經驗，會使用UG、 PowerMill軟件，會Worker NC更佳Good at 3+2 axis and 5 axis programing, 8+ years of programing experience, able to use UG, PowerMill, can also use Work NC is better;有高速機、電極、石墨機編程經驗Have programing experience of high speed CNC , electrode , graphitemachining; 熟悉模具原材料硬度Familiar with hardness of tool steel ;熟悉汽車塑膠模具（不限模具大小），熟悉車燈模具優先Familiar with injection mold in autos, light mold experience is preferred良好溝通能力Good communication
