Position : Business Development Manager / ExecutiveIntroduction: CEVA Logistics, one of the world’s leading supply chain companies, operating in nearly 170 countries worldwide, designs and implements industry leading solutions for large and medium-size national and multinational companies. In China CEVA Logistics is very well presented with almost 40 offices, gateways and sites throughout Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In order to secure our further sustainable and qualitative growth in South China, we are looking for a highly motivated, qualified and experienced.Located in Shenzhen or Guangzhou you develop new business opportunities in South China and expand our customer base across different trade lanes and different products.Your task and responsibilities:- Explore new business opportunities and generate sales leads, formulate business solutions per the account requirements on all CEVA Product including Air, Ocean, Road and Rail Freight.- Identify, develop and build business network and relationship with customers on all contact levels to retain and develop sustainable accounts.- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive for success on business tenders, and collect reference business intelligent for revaluation.- Lead business projects or campaigns, to convey business strategy, execution and monitoring to deliver the expected result.- Achieve individual new local business targets in terms of volume, sales and net revenue.We offer- Responsible, self-motivated and largely independent activity with great development potential in an international team- Attractive package plus incentive- Extensive support through a global network in an international companyWe expect ：1. University degree plus minimum 4 years sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry.2. Sales experience in import into China is definitely an advantage.3. Mature, sincere and communicative personality with the ability to handle people at all levels respectable.4. Strong team player.5. Very good knowledge of Microsoft office applications.6. English and Mandarin fluent in written and spoken.7. Proficiency in other European or Asia languages such or other Chinese dialect will be an advantage.8. Professional qualification on DG, brokerage or other expertise in the logistics field is preferred but not a must.9. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Development Executive.
