Requirements:1. 本科以上學歷，設備管理，模具，機電工程或相關專業畢業；Bachelor or above, major in Maintenance Management, Tooling, Mechanical,electrical engineering or related subjects. 2. 五年以上制造業維修管理經驗；5+ years of maintenance management in a manufacturing industry; 3. 豐富的模具，設備，廠務維護知識；Rich knowledge of tool, equipment and facility maintenance;4. 良好的領導力、溝通協調能力及團隊精神；Good leadership experience, interpersonal skill and team spirit; 5. 良好的團隊管理技巧；Good skill in staff management; 6. 英語聽說讀寫流利；Good command of both written and spoken English; 7. 適應能力強，能承受較大工作壓力；Adaptability to environment and pressure; 8. 能與任何級別，不同文化背景的人自信交流；Confident to communicate with all levels / different cultural background; 9. 能有效領導模具及設備問題解決；Strong to lead trouble shootings of tooling, equipment;10. 愿意接受挑戰，工作積極主動；Willing to take challenge and motivated attitude. Responsibilities:1.根據公司戰略及商業計劃制定年度和短期相關計劃制定有效的維修流程; According company strategy and biz plan, align annual and short-term planning and manage effective and efficient maintenance processes (tool, equipment and facility). 2.確保下屬有足夠知識高效完成其工作任務; Ensure right employees with sufficient knowledge to finish their jobs effectively; 3.根據公司標準管理，開發及評估員工表現；Manage, develop personnel and appraise their performance; 4.協調人力資源及優化利用整個技術設備;Coordinate both personnel and optimal use of the whole technical equipment .5.確保維修保養費用支出及停機時間是可控的；Ensure maintenance and repair (tool, equipment, facility) fully under control.6.定期維護,確保建筑物,模具,設備及廠務設施能正常使用和運行;Ensure the building, tool, equipment and facility in a good situation and bemaintained regularly. 7.確保和控制部門內所有行為都是合法并遵守海蒂詩內部規則。Ensure all working activities in the dept. are legal(Hettich rule) 8.啟動成本控制項目并持續下去.Initiate Cost Improvement Project and permanently striving for improvements；9.確保配件發放和庫存的可控。Ensure spare parts (tool, equipment and facility) delivery and inventory under control. 10.采購需要時,參與選定合適的有潛力的供應商及監督其表現；Support in choosing and supervising service providers if needed.11.協調質量控制和改善；Conduct quality control and quality improvement of product, tool, equipment and facility. 12.確保EHS達到法定要求繼續推進內部EHS. Ensure EHS can meet and legal requirements and improves continuously.
