Responsible of 3W-60W LED Driver design (CV and CC) of Solid-State Lighting products, including LED lighting fixtures, light sources and smart lighting products. Ensure the compliance, functions, performance and cost requirements of the products. Ensure the electronic design is on project schedule.負責LED 燈具、光源和智能照明產品的3W-60W LED 恒壓或恒流 驅動設計。確保產品達到合規性、功能、性能、成本的要求。確保電子設計按項目計劃如期完成。
1. Selection of latest key components of LED driver ( Driver IC, Switching Transformer, Mosfet …etc.,) and validate the component golden sample in close collaboration with the sourcing department of the company;與公司采購部門密切合作，開發關鍵驅動電子元器件（驅動IC、開關變壓器，Mosfet等）的供應商，并對元器件進行封樣確認；
2. Benchmark new electronic solutions from competition and suppliers on key technologies of the company on a regular basis and bring creative design ideas to fit new project development;對公司的關鍵技術定期進行標桿比較，跟蹤并評估供應商和競爭對手的最新電子設計方案，為新項目開發帶來設計創意；
3. Based on the new product requirements defined by product management team, establish the technical requirement book of the new product design, select the driver solution, design the circuit schematics and the PCB layout in close collaboration with R&D Mechanical design engineers, LED & Optics engineers and LED controller Engineer.根據產品團隊定義的新產品需求，制定產品的設計開發技術要求，與研發部結構設計工程師、LED和光學工程師、LED 電子控制工程師密切合作選取驅動方案，設計電路原理圖及PCB版布線圖；
4. Conduct the testing and qualification of the Driver IC, other related components, the entire driver and electronic design of the final product in close collaboration with CA engineers;與測試工程師密切合作，進行產品的Driver IC、外圍元器件、整個驅動和最終產品的電子設計相關測試及確認；
5. Ensure the functions and performance target, cost target and product schedule target of the design are fulfilled in close collaboration with Project engineers;與項目工程師密切合作，確保開發項目達到預設的整體功能、性能、成本和時間目標；
6. Follow up the New Product Introduction through EPP, PP and Mass Production. Work with Engineering department to solve electronic related mass-production process issues;跟進新產品的工程導入、試產和量產，配合工程部解決大貨生產中與電子設計相關的工藝問題；
1.Major in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, college or above degree.
電子或電氣專業，本科以上學歷。
2. Minimum 5~8 years’ experience in lighting LED driver design, experience in foreign company will be a plus.
5~8年以上照明LED驅動設計經驗，有外資企業工作背景者優先。
3. Good understanding in 3W-60W AC/DC LED driver (CV and CC), with solid experience in EMC compliant design for Europe and North American market products.
良好的電子設計基礎知識，掌握3W-60W AC/DC LED 恒壓和恒流驅動電源設計，有扎實的歐洲、北美市場產品的EMC合規性設計經驗。
4. Experience in electronics design tools such as PADs, AD…
能熟練運用電子電路設計軟件。
5. Experience in MCU control and an RF remote communication technology will be a plus.
有MCU控制、無線通訊技術經驗優先。
6. Creative, proactive and team spirit.
有創造性、積極性、良好的團隊協作精神。
