Responsible of electronic and driver design of Solid-State Lighting products, including LED lighting fixtures, light sources and smart lighting products. Ensure the compliance, functions, performance and cost requirements of the products. Ensure the electronic design is on project schedule.
負責(zé)LED 燈具、光源和智能照明產(chǎn)品的驅(qū)動和電子設(shè)計。確保產(chǎn)品達到合規(guī)性、功能、性能、成本的要求。確保電子設(shè)計按項目計劃如期完成。

1.Sourcing of new electronic key components (IC, MCU, Wifi modules, Sensors…etc.,) and validate the component golden sample in close collaboration with the sourcing department of the company;
與公司采購部門密切合作，開發(fā)關(guān)鍵電子元器件（IC、MCU、Wifi模塊、傳感器等）的供應(yīng)商，并對元器件進行封樣確認；

2.Benchmark new electronic solutions from competition and suppliers on key technologies of the company on a regular basis and bring creative design ideas to fit new project development;
對公司的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)定期進行標(biāo)桿比較，跟蹤并評估供應(yīng)商和競爭對手的最新電子設(shè)計方案，為新項目開發(fā)帶來設(shè)計創(chuàng)意；

3.Based on the new product requirements defined by product management team, establish the technical requirement book of the new product design, select the driver solution, design the circuit schematics and the PCB layout in close collaboration with R&D Mechanical design engineers, LED & Optics engineers and Software engineers;
根據(jù)產(chǎn)品團隊定義的新產(chǎn)品需求，制定產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計開發(fā)技術(shù)要求，與研發(fā)部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計工程師、LED和光學(xué)工程師、軟件工程師密切合作選取驅(qū)動方案，設(shè)計電路原理圖及PCB版布線圖；

4.In close collaboration with Software engineers team, develop electronic hardware solution implementing new functions of future smart home product range;
與軟件工程師團隊密切合作，開發(fā)適用將來的智能家電產(chǎn)品新功能的電子硬件解決方案；

5.Conduct the ****ing and qualification of the IC, other related components, the entire driver and electronic design of the final product in close collaboration with CA engineers;
與測試工程師密切合作，進行產(chǎn)品的IC、外圍元器件、整個驅(qū)動和最終產(chǎn)品的電子設(shè)計相關(guān)測試及確認；

6.Ensure the functions and performance target, cost target and product schedule target of the design are fulfilled in close collaboration with Project engineers;
與項目工程師密切合作，確保開發(fā)項目達到預(yù)設(shè)的整體功能、性能、成本和時間目標(biāo)；

7.Follow up the New Product Introduction through EPP, PP and Mass Production. Work with Engineering department to solve electronic related mass-production process issues;
跟進新產(chǎn)品的工程導(dǎo)入、試產(chǎn)和量產(chǎn)，配合工程部解決大貨生產(chǎn)中與電子設(shè)計相關(guān)的工藝問題；

Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
履行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他要求、指導(dǎo)或分配的職責(zé)。

任職要求：
1.Major in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, college or above degree.
電子或電氣專業(yè)，本科以上學(xué)歷。
2.Minimum 3~5 years’ experience in lighting electronics design, power/driver/ switch design or control system design in lighting industry or small home electrical appliance company; experience in foreign company will be a plus.
3~5年以上照明電子設(shè)計、電源/驅(qū)動/開關(guān)設(shè)計，或控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗；照明行業(yè)或小家電行業(yè)背景；有外資企業(yè)工作背景者優(yōu)先。
3.Good understanding in electronic design of low-mid power DC/DC,
AC/DC LED driver, with solid experience in EMC compliant design for Europe and North American market products.
良好的電子設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)知識，掌握中小功率DC/DC, AC/DC LED驅(qū)動電源設(shè)計，有扎實的歐洲、北美市場產(chǎn)品的EMC合規(guī)性設(shè)計經(jīng)驗。
4.Experience in electronic design tools;
能熟練運用電子電路設(shè)計軟件。
5.Good understanding of programming language or wireless control system.
良好的編程語言知識、無線控制系統(tǒng)知識。
6.Experience in MCU control and RF remote communication technologies is required.
有MCU控制、無線通訊技術(shù)經(jīng)驗。
7.Creative, proactive and team spirit.
有創(chuàng)造性、積極性、良好的團隊協(xié)作精神。
8.Good communication skills, able to work with Sourcing engineers, Mechanical design engineers, LED & Optics engineers, Software engineers and Project engineers as a team.
良好的溝通能力，能夠與采購工程師、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計工程師、LED和光學(xué)工程師、軟件工程師和項目工程師協(xié)同工作。
9.Good time management skills, able to complete multi-designs according to project schedule and able to work under pressure.
良好的時間管理能力，能夠按項目時間計劃完成多個設(shè)計，能夠在壓力下工作。
10.English reading & writing is a must; Good English speaking is preferred.
能閱讀并撰寫英文技術(shù)文檔，能熟練掌握英語口語者優(yōu)先
