主要職責Key responsibilities:1.負責反芻系列產品市場銷售過程中的技術服務工作，主要以牧場營養配方建議為主，輔以牧場管理建議及牧場現場各類問題的解決方案建議；Responsible for the technical service of Hendrix product , mainly in proposing formulations for pasture customers, and supplementing pasture management and pasture problems solution proposals;2.負責協助銷售做前期市場開發工作，通過技術溝通，了解客戶的管理現狀，提出合理的改進意見，幫助完成銷售工作Responsible for assisting pre-sales customer development, through technical communications getting customer status and suggesting reasonable improvement to help the sales;3.負責對現有客戶做持續的技術拜訪，了解客戶的管理現狀，共同明確改進目標，持續跟蹤客戶業績改進，并對客戶的技術問題給予適當的解釋。通過技術溝通，使客戶能持續業務的合作；responsible for continuous technical visit with the existing customers to get the customer status, and to improve their target. Through technical communication to enable customers to continue to cooperate;4.和指定負責的區域銷售同事共同完成公司設定的銷售目標；Responsible for completing the regional sales target together with regional sales colleagues;5.積極推廣公司的其他適合反芻業務的產品，擴大公司的銷售業務；Actively promote other ruminate products to expand the sales;6.全面管理公司反芻類產品的技術管理工作；包括產品開發、產品宣傳資料設計等; Management the technical work of the whole ruminate related products of Nutreco, including product development, brochures design, etc.;7.全面管理反芻部的技術服務經理隊伍的技術服務工作，完善技術服務的體系，使其更加符合公司客戶群的技術需求; Management of the technical service team, improve the technical service system to ensure in line with the technical needs of customer."
任職要求Requirements：1、專業及學歷要求Professional major and academic requirements：大學本及以上學歷，畜牧/獸醫/動物營養/市場營銷相關專業，碩士優先 Bachelor degree or above, major in animal nutrition/marketing or related major, Master degree is preferred.2、職業化要求professional requirements： 有良好的從業口碑,職業化要求自己,品行端正good reputation, professional self-management, good behavior. 3、外語水平Foreign language： fluent Chinese and English4、工作經驗work experience： 2+大型牧場工作經驗. 2+ work experience in big dairy farms5、溝通技能communication skills： 表達清晰有邏輯good communication skills6、其它要求other requirements：能適應長期出差capable for long-term business trip
