崗位職責：
負責開孔器的生產工藝技術工作（主要工序為清洗、噴漆、移印、裝配、包裝工藝），主要工作職責為：
1.根據博世生產管理體系建立相關工藝生產線，引進并執行新的生產工藝；
2.持續改進生產工藝及成本節約；
3.對生產線員工進行新工藝培訓；
4.制訂標準作業指導書和設備維護計劃；
5.工裝夾具及量具設計及安裝，解決現場工藝技術問題；
6.不斷改進生產工藝流程以提高各工位生產效率。

崗位要求：
1.機械制造及相關專業大學本科或以上；
2.至少3年機械制造行業技術經驗；
3.具有工裝夾具設計及涂裝經驗的優先；
4.良好的英文聽說讀寫能力；
5.良好的分析及解決問題能力；
6.熟練使用AUTO CAD軟件及辦公軟件（word，Excel，PPT）；
7.具備責任心和團隊合作精神；
8.良好的團隊合作精神。

Responsibility:
Closely work with the team members and the cross functional departments on hole saw mass production (mainly for washing, painting, pad printing, assembly and packaging techniques). The person should be responsible for:
1.Launch new products mass production, qualify and implement new manufacturing technology.
2.Support and improve existing manufacturing systems, and continue to drive process cost-down.
3.Assist new processes implementation training.
4.Edit working instruction and maintenance plan for equipments. Be ownership of process and equipments maintenances.
5.Design, install and maintain fixtures or gages for the process take responsibility. Optimize process to prevent manufacturing failure.
6.Optimize working station for improve process capability and productivity.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor of mechanical engineering or related
2.At least 3 years’ mechanical manufactory process experience.
3.Fixture design, painting experience is preferred.
4.Bilingual in English speaking and writing.
5.Good problem solving skill.
6.Be proficient in AutoCAD, word，Excel，PPT.
7.Good Cooperation spirit and communication skills.
8.Good teamwork player.
