此職位工作地點為:中山 POSITION SUMMARY 職位概述Responsible for growth and new customer acquisition in the MicroBulk and small bulk business in Guangzhou/Dong Guan area, which is the first cluster for Microbulk business re-launch in Southern China. These people will be responsible for actively making sales calls, promoting CryoEase business model as a more economical, safer and more convenient mode of supply to existing cylinders/dewar customers, and secure sales contracts in a fast, effective and disciplined manner.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要職責 This position is accountable for the following end results: 1. Work safely everyday and safeguard Air Products property within established procedures2. Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets3. Execute on new account initiation according to the set targets4. Maintain daily call ratio at or above 5 per day5. Update and stay active in CRM tool on daily basis6. Keep a good team work spirit ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE MicroBulk Outside Sales Microbulk Business Manager QUALIFICATIONS 職位要求 1. Entry level position with minimum 2 years sales experience of dealing with end user at industry or electronic market2. 4 year degree from accredited university preferred, 2 year associates degree or tech school graduate acceptable3. Experience at welding, analyzer, laser cutting market, or sales experience in industrial gas industry, is preferred4. Competent computer skills in Microsoft office and emails5. Ability to make 5-8 sales calls per day in a fast paced environment6. Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills7. Driving skill is mandatory
