We are looking for a FARM MANAGER現招聘農場經理一名 The farm manager will be located at our farm of 250 Mu in Shouguang, Huanglong Town, Shandong Province. Extensive experience in vegetable production and processing will be preferred.農場經理工作地點在公司位于山東省壽光市化龍鎮蔬菜品種試驗展示田（占地250畝）。具有蔬菜種植經驗者優先考慮。 The farm manager will be responsible for the following activities（農場經理主要職責）：-          Management and recruitment of farm labor at our production farm in Shouguang.管理和招聘壽光農場工人。-          Management of farm according to the requirements of our customers.根據試驗經理要求管理農場。-          Maintenance of our farm and farm facilities.    保持農場和農場設備狀態良好。-          Farm administration according to requirements of our financial department.根據財務部的要求進行農場行政管理。-          The farm manager will report directly to the managing director of the company.農場經理直接向公司執行總裁匯報。 Qualifications資質要求:-          Agricultural background preferable university graduate with major in horticulture. -          農業大學園藝或植物保護專業本科以上學歷。-          At least 10 years’ experience in a management position in the vegetable production industry.-          必須具有蔬菜種植行業管理職位10年以上工作經驗。-          Comprehensive experience in farm management.-          全面的農場管理操作實踐經驗。-          Must be able to communicate in Chinese Mandarin and English, both verbally and writing. -          口語和書寫必須能用普通話和英語進行交流。-          Excellent communication skills.-          良好的與別人溝通交往的能力。-          Basic computer skills.-          基本的計算機操作技能。-          Honest, confident and with good health.-          為人正直，誠實自信，身體健康。-          Independent, resourceful and highly motivated. -          能夠獨立開展工作，善于學習并積極主動。-          The candidate must be a citizen of Shouguang Area.-          本職位要求應聘者為壽光地區居民。 Depending of your skills and experience you will receive an attractive salary package. 根據您的技能和工作經驗您將得到富有吸引力的薪酬待遇。This position can be commenced immediately.該職位可立即生效。
