Position title: HIV/AIDS officer（1 post）
Reports to: Regional Director
Location: Based in PanghSang, occasional business trip
Main responsibility: Responsible for leading project area of health personnel and VHV to carry out TB testing, DOTs treatment, referral, etc, to collect and fill in the related data and writing reports. Meanwhile establishing good relations of cooperation and trust.with Lahsio health department, the local government and health Bureau of WA and TMO and community .

Specific duties:
1, according to the 3MDG project work plan and budget, to develop monthly work and supervise the planning;
2, according to the activity plan, to apply for funds and materials , to organize the implementation and management of the project, and submit the activity report.
3, training to the local health workers in HIV/AIDS testing and HTC technology, or cooperating with the ministry of health (hall) and under the TMO to carry out the training;
4, confidentiality and management in accordance with requirements for HIV positive patients, referral, treatment and follow-up;
5, conduct regular supervision, and complete the infection and detection, equipment, reagents and other related data statistics registration;
6, to verify the data and information received, statistics, spelling a writing project report;
7, project archives management work, regular collection, statistics, summary, report and verify, archive;
8, project coordination and communication with local government;
9, sum up experience, to share their experiences in HPA internal and ngos;
10 and writing for half a year/annual project report;
11, according to the management regulations of the HPA, and supervision of project funds and materials for use during work/distribution/verification, reimbursement in time;
12, accomplish other reasonable arrangement work;
13, sharing stories, including text and images;
14, in the process of project implementation problems put forward feasible and concrete Suggestions;
15, for junior staff and local health personnel the scene teaching;

Job requirements:
1 bachelor degree or above in medical related major, college or equivalent work experience;
2, for HIV/AIDS prevention and control of or clinical experience;
3, good report and project story writing skills (in both English and Chinese);
4, project cycle management knowledge;
5, the project plan and budget knowledge and experience;
6, have good interpersonal and organizational skills;
7, able to work according to the need to occasional business trip and to work overtime;
8, is committed to work in the NGO and love NGO work.

Expect qualifications:
1, have HIV/AIDS project experience;
2, the fluent Chinese/project region minority language;

Basic treatment:
1, 40 hours per week
2, 15 days of Annual leave
3, Home leave travel cost once per year
4, five social insurance and one housing fund,or Accident injury insurance
5, the weekend double cease
6, festival fees
7, salary negotiable
8,Myanmar employees will receive Pension with equivalent to 5% of salary, medical subsidy 320,000 MMK per year and salary with13 months per year.
