To sale company own complete home elevator products and to develop customers in domestics field even oversea field.
銷售公司自有產品之家用電梯并開發國內外客戶

Mainly Responsibilities 主要工作職責
Doing home lift market analyst 做家用電梯市場分析
Gather home lift information of competitors; 收集競爭對手之家用電梯信息
Summary of given quotations status (follow up) 概括報價狀態（跟進）
Organize and run sales trips; 組織計劃商務出差
Search for distributors data in each province and cities; 搜尋各個省市的分銷數據
Pre and after sales support to customers; 售前售后客戶服務
Coordinate with logistics and other department to make delivery on time; 與物流及其他相關部門協調確保按時交貨
Provide customer consultative service; 提供客戶咨詢服務
Forward inquiries from abroad to sales people involved; 轉達詢價信息給國外相關銷售人員
Discuss and agree agent policy agreements; 與代理商就協議政策達成一致
Research of any updats in Chinese lift standards and rules; 更新中國電梯標準及法規
Be responsible to collect all relevant paperwork for every lift order; 負責收集每個電梯訂單相關的所有文件
Coordinate with translation team to translate all the materials and brochure needed; 必要時與翻譯團隊協作翻譯材料和宣傳冊
Coordinate with other departments to prepare type test or any other certification needed; 與相關部門協調準備形式測試或任何必要的證書
Continuous training in technical lift matters; 繼續接受電梯技術培訓
Quotation preparation; 準備報價
Running the lift ordering procedure; 運行電梯訂單流程
Writing reports for every sales activity(weekly); 做銷售報表（每周）
To assist manager with other jobs. 協助經理處理其他交辦的事項

Requirements 任職要求
College or above degree; 大專或以上學歷
Have relevant previous work experience in lift company is prefered; 有電梯行業相關工作經驗者優先
Lift standard knowledge,with technical knowledge is prefered; 有電梯基礎知識，有技術背景者優先
Requirement for travelling; 要求出差
With good communication skills both in English and Chinese; 中英文流利
Have good presentation skills; 有良好的演講技能
Confident enough with strong ambition in selling products; 對銷售的產品有足夠的自信度
Open mind, smart, willing to learn and willing to grow with the company to have good marketing. 有開放的心態，聰明，愿意學習，愿意與公司共同成長創建市場
