Main Responsibilities:
主要職責(zé)：
· Development of the product range and adaptation of the product mix in China. Organize its renewal.
· 開發(fā)不同的產(chǎn)品系列，找出適合中國市場的最優(yōu)產(chǎn)品，并定期更新。
· Follow the activity of Vilmorin and MKS in the Chinese market and most particularly in the targeted segments. Anticipates the evolutions in order to steer
the breeding.
· 密切跟進(jìn)威馬和米可多協(xié)和在中國市場，尤其是一些指定的重要市場 (主栽茬口) 的業(yè)務(wù)動向。關(guān)注市場動向，預(yù)測市場需求，正確引導(dǎo)育種團(tuán)
隊(duì)把握市場動向。
· Decide and conduct market studies and provide strategic information to the general manager and Global Product Managers.
· 制定市場調(diào)研報(bào)告，將戰(zhàn)略性的重要信息及時(shí)匯報(bào)給中國區(qū)總經(jīng)理和全球產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理。
· Propose and organize an experimentation plan not only with the local team, but also with Global Product Managers, regional distributors, and other
partners.
· 與中國區(qū)團(tuán)隊(duì)，全球產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理，地區(qū)經(jīng)銷商和其他合作伙伴共同制定試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃，并組織實(shí)施。
· Propose and control development and marketing budget, control expenses.
· 制定并掌控產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和市場營銷的預(yù)算，控制經(jīng)費(fèi)開支。
· Manage a team of trial officer and crop specialist. Coordinate development and promotion actions of the sales representatives, especially the
implementation of the experimental plan.
· 管理一個(gè)由試驗(yàn)員和作物專家組成的團(tuán)隊(duì)。整體協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的相關(guān)活動，尤其是試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃的組織實(shí)施。配合銷售人員完成產(chǎn)品推廣活動。
· In close cooperation with the Sales Manager, search for market opportunities and propose actions to develop them.
· 與銷售經(jīng)理密切合作，尋找市場機(jī)遇，提出相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)計(jì)劃。
· Provide technical support locally and interact with Global Product Managers.
· 為中國本土團(tuán)隊(duì)提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)支持，同時(shí)與全球產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理密切互動。
· Organize the internal and external communication, the marketing strategy and its implementation (product launches, field days, brochures, expositions,
seminars, advertisements, billboards, etc.).
· 策劃并實(shí)施內(nèi)部與外部的溝通 , 市場營銷和宣傳策略（產(chǎn)品發(fā)布會，田間現(xiàn)場會，宣傳冊，展覽會，廣告，廣告牌制作 , 等）
Profile:
職位要求：
Education: Agronomist or similar background. Major in marketing will be a plus.
學(xué)歷：農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景，學(xué)習(xí)過市場營銷者優(yōu)先。
Experience: minimum 5 years in similar position. Management experience.
經(jīng)驗(yàn)：在相關(guān)崗位有至少5 年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Fluent in Chinese and English, Japanese or French will be a plus.
語言：熟練掌握中文和英語，懂得法語或日語更佳。
