Main Responsibilities:
主要職責：
· Development of the Solanum products(Tomato, Eggplant, Pepper) throughout China.
· 負責茄果類產品（番茄，茄子，甜椒）在中國的產品開發。
· Follow the activity of Vilmorin and MKS in the Chinese market of the solanum crops.
· 密切跟進威馬和米可多協和在中國茄果類產品市場的業務。
· Collect, report and update market and competition information for the solanum crops to the Development Manager and maintain accurately the
database.
· 收集并及時更新茄果類產品的市場信息和競爭對手信息，向中國區產品開發經理匯報。定時維護數據庫，確保其準確性。
· Propose and build trial plan to the Development Manager.
· 制定試驗計劃，提供給產品開發經理。
· In close cooperation with the sales team, put in place and follow an experimentation plan with the regional distributors, and other partners.
· 與銷售團隊密切合作，與當地經銷商和其他合作人員共同實施試驗計劃并跟進。
· Evaluate new products, report trials evaluations, draw conclusions and propose solutions to the company management.
· 對新品種表現進行評估，報告評估結果，給出結論，并提出品種改進建議，匯報給上級。
· Provide technical support locally to the sales team and the distributors
· 為中國區銷售團隊和地方經銷商提供專業的技術支持。
· Participate and contribute to communication and promotion actions (product launches, field days, brochures, expositions, seminars,
advertisements, billboards, etc.).
· 積極參與并協助產品推廣和宣傳活動（產品發布會，田間現場會，宣傳冊，展覽會，研討會，廣告，廣告牌制作等）。
Profile:
職位要求：
Education: Agronomist or similar background
學歷：農業專業或相關專業背景
Experience: minimum 5 years in seed development or sales, with very good knowledge of Solanum crops
經驗：在種子行業有至少5 年的市場開發或銷售經驗，熟悉茄果類作物。
Fluent in Chinese. Autonomous in English.
語言：中文。掌握基本英語,能夠基本溝通。
