崗位職責：1.主導供方內部質量改善：通過供方稽核，質量問題記錄及供方發展戰略，合理制定計劃并付諸有效實施Lead Quality improvement of supplier: Through supplier audit, quality problem history and supplierdevelopment strategy, make a suitable plan and carry out2.主導供方的新產品開發：新品開發評審（涵蓋工藝，技術，包裝等）；向采購部供方選擇建議；獲取供方新產品質量策劃和管控方案；新品樣品跟進和確認，必須建立供方與客戶間的有效溝通；完善產品工藝資料和檢驗指導書，并及時完成QC 的培訓Lead new article development: New article audit(include drawing audit, manufacture process analysis,packing and so on; Suggesting purchaser department possible suppliers . Following First sample, build upeffective communication between supplier and customer; complete product manufacture process documentand SIP（Standard Inspection Procedure）, train QC to handle SIP3.主導工程變更流程：變更評審，庫存統計與處理，樣品跟進與確認，批量質量水平跟進確認Lead Engineer change process: EC audit, Stock statistics and dispose, sample follow, quality level of batchproduction confirm4.日常批次產品質量問題處理Deal with quality problems of running orders.5.主導客戶投訴的處理：客戶投訴的反饋、調查、改善、審核驗證及回復,質量索賠Lead handling customer quality complain: react fast on complain, reason investigation and analysis , correctaction , confirm of correct action, Quality Claim6.參與由采購部主導的新供方開發計劃Join in new supplier development led by purchase department7.主導模具盤點及確認：轉移模具的實體初步確認；模具轉移至供方處新品確認及技術支持；年度模具盤點和稽核Lead checking and inventory of tooling: Check tooling in transferring. Follow first sample after toolingswere transferred. Annual inventory of tooling.8.質量組長安排的其他工作Follow matter which was ordered by QC leader任職要求：1.所需學歷 Education degree: 大專及以上2.所需英語水平 English level: 書面和基本口頭表達能力3.所需計算機水平 PC level: 熟練操作辦公、圖形軟件4.所需相關工作經驗/年限 Working experience: 一年以上機械類獨立質量問題處理能力5.團隊合作要求 Requirement for team work: 高 High（ √ ） 良好Good（ ）一般Normal（ ）6.專業知識與技能 Special knowledge & skill: 良好的溝通、協調能力；良好的自驅力、學習力和執行力；積極主動的工作態度；清晰的質量問題處理思路
