馬勒三環(huán)氣門驅(qū)動(dòng)(湖北)有限公司是德國馬勒集團(tuán)與湖北三環(huán)于2007年1月1日共同組建成立的中外合資企業(yè)。公司地處華中新型交通樞紐城市、京九鐵路中段二級(jí)站麻城市市區(qū)，緊鄰106國道，距武漢市區(qū)110公里，距武漢天河機(jī)場80公里，交通十分便利。
      馬勒集團(tuán)在氣門產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、毛坯制造、機(jī)械加工、表面處理、自動(dòng)檢測等設(shè)計(jì)工藝領(lǐng)域具有國際一流的技術(shù)水平。湖北三環(huán)在氣門生產(chǎn)能力、設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)能力、工藝與制造技術(shù)、質(zhì)量保證、客戶服務(wù)等各個(gè)方面處于國內(nèi)一流水平。
      馬勒三環(huán)氣門驅(qū)動(dòng)(湖北)有限公司截至2010年累計(jì)投資4.1億人民幣，2010年氣門總產(chǎn)量約4300萬支，公司為一汽集團(tuán)、大眾-一汽（大連）發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)廠、東風(fēng)集團(tuán)、神龍公司、東安汽車、長安汽車、錫柴、悅達(dá)起亞、廣西玉柴、吉利及江西五十鈴等50多個(gè)主機(jī)廠提供產(chǎn)品配套，配套產(chǎn)品市場占有率27%，自2005年以來產(chǎn)銷量居全國同行業(yè)首位。2007年新成立的合資公司從德國引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的技術(shù)生產(chǎn)中空充鈉氣門。在未來五年內(nèi)，公司將根據(jù)市場需求加大投資力度，計(jì)劃形成7500萬支左右的氣門生產(chǎn)能力。

      MAHLE Tri-Ring Valve Train (Hubei) Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as “MTVT”) is a Sino-German joint venture incorporated on 1st January 2007 by Hubei Tri-Ring and MAHLE Group from German. MTVT is located at Macheng which is a new transportation hub in the middle of China. Being around 110 km away from downtown area of Wuhan, Macheng is a secondary station along the Beijing – Hong KongKowloon Railway, close to the No. 106 national road and about 80km away from Wuhan Tianhe Airport, which together contribute to the convenience of transportation of Macheng.
      MAHLE Group is of world-class level in valve-related design and process fields, including valve research and development, raw parts manufacturing, machining, surface treatment, automatic inspection. On the other hand, Tri-Ring is one of leading local valve manufacturers in China in fields like production ability, design, manufacturing process technology, quality assurance and customer service.
      As of year 2010, the cumulative investment of MTVT has reached about 410 million CNY. The production output of valves of MTVT for year 2010 is about 43 million pieces. MTVT is a supplier to 50 domestic OEMs including FAW Group, VW-FAW (Dalian), Dongfeng Group, DPCA, DAE, Changan Automobile, Wuxi Diesel, Hyundai DongfengYueda KIA, Yuchai, Geely, Jiangxi Isuzu, etc.. MTVT takes up a 27% share of the OEM market. MTVT and its predecessor - the Hubei Tri-Ring Valve Plant is in the leading position of the domestic valve industry in terms of sales and production output since year 2005. The newly-established MTVT introduced advanced production technic of hollow valve from Germany in year 2007. In the next five years, MTVT will increase its investment according to the demand of the market and plans to reach the valve output of about 75 million pieces.
